Located in the bustling village of Hartland, Heritage Lake Country is a state-of-the-art 124-unit senior living community that offers Independent Living, Assisted Living, Enhanced Assisted Living and Memory Care, allowing residents to age in place as their health care needs change. Opened in 2017, Heritage Lake Country’s high-end units come complete with a full kitchen (Independent) or kitchenette (Assisted) with stainless steel appliances and high-quality cabinetry, as well as granite counter tops, private bathrooms with walk-in showers and in-floor radiant heat.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Everyone here works extremely hard, is caring, and above all takes great care of my mother! Crystal and her staff do an outstanding job! The Activities Director always has wonderful things planned, and Maggie is always coming to get my mother out to socialize. John was immediately there when I need him to fix something. If I could tell everyone, I would, to come to this facility over any other place. I’m not sure what happened in the past, I’m glad it got fixed. My mother is very happy here, most importantly she loves the care she is getting from everyone. ~ Renee R
My dad was a resident in memory care with primary progressive aphasia and frontotemporal dementia. As he was unable to articulate or communicate fluently in any way, the staff there was absolutely amazing! The care, love, assistance and support my dad had in his time at Heritage was wonderful! I'd also like to give a huge shout out to Shaun Lynch and Kristina (DON). The communication and attention to concerns when addressed were warmly welcomed and I can't begin to say how much I appreciate all you did for my dad. This review is over due as dad has been gone for almost a year, but we are so blessed to know he was safe and cared for during the time he lived there. I have had the pleasure of being a CNA for Hospice and being an extra layer of support to families in Heritage Lake Country. Heritage staff is so caring and compassionate, the nursing department is attentive and the communication was awesome!!! They really care about the families and residents. Quality of the food always looking and tasting great The residents love that there is a therapy room, hair salon and pool. They always have activities going on. I enjoyed my time working as an outside provider and would recommend making this an option to tour. Have a great day! ~ Amy U
